This Gyuto is designed to be a kitchen workhorse. Forged from Apex Ultra, the finest carbon steel available. It is medium thick at the heel and gets progressively thinner towards the tip, which matches the forged distal taper.

The handle is a piece of Kingwood shaped in the rokkaku hanmaru fashion and the bolster is a piece of textured brass. I would say this handle would be excellent for a medium to large hand but may be too big for a small hand.
